Why are air conditioning and furnace maintenance important?

Where do we begin?

Efficiency – Air conditioners and furnaces become more sophisticated every year. To obtain new levels of value, manufacturers make their systems “smarter” so they can adapt quickly to the temperature in your home. Smarter inevitably means more parts, meaning more can go wrong. While they’re built for the long haul, maintenance makes sure that your system lives longer and continues to operate at its most efficient levels.

Cost – A natural result of efficiency, lower use of energy means lower cost. When your energy bill goes up in the hottest and coldest parts of the year, there should be no surprise. However, a leaky coil, a broken defroster or any number of other issues can make those costs skyrocket.

Safety – The oppressive heat of a North Carolina summer can be dangerous enough. However, if your air conditioner isn’t keeping up with the heat and humidity in your home, you may end up with a mold problem. An efficiently operating air conditioner supplemented with a dehumidifier can go a long way to improving your air quality.
On the cold weather side, a cracked heat exchanger can allow the carbon monoxide to build up in your home. Make sure your furnace is well maintained and be sure to have carbon monoxide detectors in your Eden, Reidsville or Summerfield NC home.

One annual heating inspection
Guaranteed Same Day Service when scheduled prior to 10:00 am
10% discount on any repairs to the system or systems covered (including after hours service calls)

Priority Service over non-maintenance customers

REPAIRS

Any repairs required beyond the semi-annual maintenance visits will be brought to the attention of the customer. These repairs will be approved by the customer before repair and billed above and beyond the maintenance agreement.

TERMS & SERVICE PERIOD

SCHEDULING

Payment is expected in full at the time of enrollment. Program discounts are effective for 12 months from time of enrollment. All services must be completed within 18 months from the time of enrollment.

All Planned Maintenance appointments will be scheduled Monday-Friday during normal business hours. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather/service demands.

GUARANTEE OF WORK

90 Day labor warranty following regularly scheduled maintenance for any failures experienced directly related to maintenance performed. 90 Day labor warranty for repairs authorized at time of maintenance. Service Calls within 90 days of maintenance will be required to pay a diagnostic fee and the 90 labor warranty will be not be effect when pre-existing conditions have been noted such as: low refrigerant levels, clogged condensate lines with no access.
